Rosso Del Pozzo is a light bodied, dry red wine. Expect immediate red berry fruitiness followed by a yeasty funk to round it off - what else would you expect from a vineyard named ‘Fermento’?
Vinified with 7 days maceration on skin and aged for 8 months in steel tanks allowing for grapes to maintain their crisp fruity taste.
Evita and Stefano Eboli founded their small vineyard in 2019. They may be new on the block but the area, located in Bastia Umbra, Umbria is an ancient winemaking region. The terroir of Fermento Vineyard is rich in volcanic tuff and limestone giving the wines pungent minerality.
