Refreshing! Thirst quenching! Peachy pink drink! A zesty palate of grapefruit, orange and peach is illuminated by intense floral aromas. A fabulous wine to drink all year round, but especially on those warmer days.
Moscato spends a night on skins and is then blended with a direct press of Montepulciano; the fruit comes from two vineyard sites at varying altitudes.
Davide and Marco, two young Abruzzese, have been friends since they were three years old. After university they took different career paths and eventually reunited with a common passion for wine. They spent time in the vineyards and cellars of winemakers working with respect for the soil and the grape and decided to embark on their own project. They buy grapes from around 5 hectares of vines in the hills above Pescara and two 1⁄2 hectare sites nearer the coast. The majority is planted with Montepulciano and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo but they also have a little Pinot Noir, Barbera and Moscato. In the cellar they work predominantly with stainless steel tanks but also use amphora for one red and one white wine.
