Cicioni is the original Italian Fermentino, a unique product made from the fermentation of almonds and cashews with the addition of just water and a pinch of salt. It is made only with 4 ingredients, without using additives and preservatives. Cicioni has a strong taste: it is characterised by a refreshing acidity typical of fermented food, balanced by the sweetness of almonds and cashews and enriched by a delicate flavour with a solid texture, the cheese is soft, but not creamy, and it is suitable for cutting into slices, cubes or flakes.
