Baudili is a deliciously cheeky, young, fresh white that will brighten any day! On the nose it's full of citrus fruits and green apples, making it sweet and seriously inviting. On the palate it has well balanced minerality with white grapefruit and a fruity finish.  Baudili is extremely drinkable, one bottle won't be enough!

This is a real minimal intervention farming where the goal is to have the highest diversity of life in the soil and create a natural balance within the terroir. The age of the vines is between 10-25 years and the grapes are manually harvested and collected in 10 kg boxes. The grapes are then sorted in the vineyard, and the highest quality ones are selected. Next, the grapes are cooled and pressed. Fermentation in stainless steel with no additions.

Mas Candi is a project of Ramon Jané along with his friend Toni Carbo, an excellent winemaker in his own right. Located in Penedes, where they are looking to cultivate local, typical varieties and restore near-extinct ones. The goal is to create pure, natural wine that expresses their terroir and local bio-diversity. Ramon’s wines are known and loved around the world. Production remains fairly limited albeit the demand is perennially high.
