Trimma is a Greek-style cheese, tangy and salty with a melt-in-your-mouth buttery finish and a firm and crumbly texture. Created using the same techniques and principles as dairy cheese for authenticity of flavours.
INGREDIENTS: Cashew Nuts, Tapioca Starch, Home-Grown Lactobacillus Cultures, Coconut Oil, Salt, Kappa Carrageenan.
